Stun Gun Laws

Stun Gun Restrictions

At Valor Defense Gear, we offer a variety of personal defense products, including stun guns. However, the sale, possession, and use of stun guns are heavily regulated and can vary significantly by state and locality. As a customer, it is your responsibility to research and comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase and use of stun guns. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a stun gun from us.

For states that require a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit or background check, we are unable to process your purchase as we cannot collect this information.
